Desk Information: Previous Justice A.H.M. Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik has been proven as arrested in connection with 6 individual murder cases in Dhaka. On Wednesday, September eighteen, after a Listening to, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md. Zaki Al Farabi accredited the petitions to show Manik arrested in these circumstances.
Manik was presented ahead of the court at around eight AM, in which the Listening to came about in his presence. Following the Listening to, the court permitted the petitions pertaining to his arrest in these situations.

Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik was detained by the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) on August 23 through the border space of Kanaighat Upazila in Sylhet. He was arrested beneath Part fifty four and produced before the courtroom, where Senior Judicial Magistrate-1 of Sylhet, Judge Alomgir Hossain, ordered him to be despatched to jail.
Even though Manik was granted bail yesterday (September 17) by Sylhet’s Further Chief Judicial Magistrate Judge Anjan Kanti Das, he stays in custody as a consequence of multiple other circumstances pending from him.
